It was just a decent option for a weekend rest in Waukegan with great value for money. I appreciated the convenient in-room kitchenette for making snacks during my stay. Make sure to check the air conditioning before settling in.

Convenience near Navy Base

The location was superb for attending my son’s Navy graduation. Just a few minutes to Great Lakes, and plenty of restaurants nearby made our stay manageable.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The hallway was littered with garbage, and I was disappointed in the state of the elevator, which was out of service.

They couldn't provide the rooms I reserved, which wasted my time. When I arrived, I discovered the hotel was in poor condition, with unclean areas that made me uncomfortable.

Not suitable for vacationers

One time, I asked the front desk for extra pillows, they said they’d bring some, but they never did. I also noticed a full-sized refrigerator in the room, which seemed like a great idea for a home-cooked meal.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, it felt like a rip-off.

The fridge and small stove were useful but the cleanliness was lacking with dirty floors. I wouldn't stay here again if I could help it.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, express check-in, laundry, and air conditioning. I remember the staff helped me with an early check-in on my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

I spent my stay feeling welcomed by the friendly staff and appreciated the efforts to accommodate requests. Just a tip for fellow guests, bring your own toiletries for a smooth experience. Despite some room issues, the convenience of being close to local attractions made up for it.

Arrived expecting adjacent rooms for my young grandchildren but found out this was not available. The filth inside the building was alarming, with garbage littered around. Our room had dirty linens that raised immediate concern. On top of that, the elevator was out of service, making it more difficult with kids. Despite the uncomfortable stay, the omelets for breakfast were a small highlight in an otherwise disappointing experience.

Just a fitting option for a momentary visit in Waukegan with exceptional value. The staff was really attentive when I had issues with my room. Bring your own snacks as the kitchen setup is handy for quick meals.
